MJM Communication created the best maintenance warranty in the industry. We improved the standard warranties offered by the manufactures. Offering an all-inclusive annual maintenance warranty for the telephones, simply put, MJM will repair or replace damaged or broken telephones due to user damage, vandalism and/or Acts of God. An MJM tech will be dispatched within 10 (ten) business days of to replace broken outside telephones. We will mail Engenius replacement equipment prior to receiving your broken equipment, thereby reducing customer downtime. If the manager can not swap out the Engenius handset or based unit, MJM will dispatch a technician promptly. No credit card or security deposits are required. We provide toll free technical assistance Monday through Friday from 8 A.M. to 9 P.M., Eastern Standard Time.
